AOE supported many clients at World of Concrete

AOE had a strong presence at World of Concrete, actively supporting many of our clients throughout the event. Our team facilitated media opportunities, coordinated strategic meetings and provided marketing and PR support to help clients maximize their visibility.Â

Here is how we showed up:
Thanks to a dedicated event support staff, AOE client, the American Society of Concrete Contractors (ASCC), had a strong presence at World of Concrete 2026. With booths in both the Central and South Halls, a full roster of Committee meetings and the ever-popular Kick-off Bash, AOE played a key role in executing ASCC’s event strategy. With AOE’s expertise in event services, ASCC successfully connected with industry professionals, strengthened its network, and reinforced its leadership in the concrete industry at World of Concrete 2026.

The Concrete Foundations Association (CFA) commenced the new year with three
education sessions, booth traffic and a successful Foundation Contractors’ Night. AOE manages the CFA and was excited to be able to network with potential and existing members.

The Post-Tensioning Institute (PTI), also an association managed by AOE, experienced an outstanding week at World of Concrete. The PTI booth served as a hub of activity, Certification Week drew an impressive crowd, and PTI’s annual WOC VIP Reception provided an excellent platform for members to network and strengthen professional relationships in a vibrant setting. PTI also held a press conference discussing the PTI certification programs for PT Field Personnel and PT Suppliers, reinforcing how these programs are connected to building code requirements, industry specifications and standards, ANAB/ANSI compliance (plants), and a sneak peek at 2027 International Residential Code (IRC) and International Building Code (IBC) revisions linked to these programs. A preview of the soon-to-be-published update to PTI M10.3, Field Procedures Manual for Unbonded Single Strand Tendons was also shared.

AOE also had the privilege of supporting our client, the Concrete Industry Management (CIM) program, at World of Concrete. For the past five months, AOE has worked with CIM to develop, design and produce its 2024-2025 annual report.
Additionally, we were proud to help CIM unveil their new trade show booth. This space featured fresh branding that reflected CIM's focus on the future of the concrete industry.
Beyond the booth, our team spent months preparing for CIM’s annual fundraising auction. Working closely with CIM staff and volunteers, AOE executed a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote the auction. Activities included:
o  Drafting press releases and eblasts
o  Designing flyers for featured items
o  Creating engaging social media content
o  Developing web and print advertisements
This year’s event shattered all previous records by raising more than $2.325 million in gross revenue. We are incredibly proud to play a role in the auction’s success. Seeing the concrete industry come together to support education and the next generation of leaders is always inspiring.
