Kayler asked to speak at World of Concrete 2021

AOE President Kimberly Kayler has been asked to speak at the 2021 World of Concrete. Her session, Crisis Management and Communication: Building a Plan to Avert Disaster, will be held on Tuesday from 1:30-3 pm at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Attendees participating in this course will be able to: Outline how to assemble a crisis plan that will effectively lead you through any crisis scenario; develop key messages that resonate with your target audiences; discuss tips for dealing with the media, general public and your internal employees; as well as identify which communication tools are best for sharing information. Information on registration will be announced later this fall.
