AOE Presents at Kentucky Concrete Fall Convention

AOE Director of Client Strategy, Drew Burns presented recently at the Kentucky Concrete Association's (KCA) fall convention on Crisis Communications.  Participants were given a presentation that reviewed the basic principles of crisis communications and industry specific examples.  Then, the group participated in interactive mock scenarios that helped apply concepts to real-world situations.  Thank you to the KCA for the invitation and allowing us to share our expertise on this important topic.
