AOE Team Comes Together in Columbus

The AOE team recently came together in Columbus, Ohio, for a one-day mini retreat focused on team building, collaboration and finding new ways to better serve our clients.

The day included great conversations, valuable information and plenty of opportunities to connect as a team. From sharing ideas and learning from one another to enjoying dinner together, the retreat gave us time to step away from our day-to-day work and focus on how we can continue growing together.

We believe that a strong team leads to stronger client relationships, better ideas and better work. This retreat was a great reminder of what makes AOE special — the people behind the work.

We are AOE.
