The Ohio Society of Association Professionals Annual Conference—held June 3–5, 2026 in Huron, Ohio—is the state’s premier education and networking event for association professionals. This year, attendees can connect with AOE’s Director of Association Management, Bryce Barker, who will be presenting a session designed to strengthen leadership and elevate governance across organizations.
Bryce’s session, “Mastering Association Governance: Insights from the Boardroom,” will unpack the art and science of effective association governance. Drawing on extensive experience working with small, medium and large boards, the session will highlight proven strategies to enhance governance practices, boost board engagement and navigate the unique dynamics that come with varying board sizes.
