Are you tasked with recruiting and retaining young talent? The Emerging Leaders Alliance (ELA) is seeking partners for their 16th annual leadership training conference for early-career professionals this September 2024 in Pittsburgh, PA, USA. ELA is a collaboration of engineering and science-based organizations that work together to coordinate a two-and-a-half day cross-disciplinary program aimed at preparing younger members for management and leadership roles within their respective industries and/or associations.
